TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

Due to the nature of our business and products, we don't accept returns except for specific circumstances. 

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first, call 417-310-6160 or email debbie.aliceCBD@gmail.com. We'll provide you with the correct Return address and full return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or rejected.  To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.  For health and safety reason, we cannot accept returns of bottles or products that appear to be unused or tampered with. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out - some flexibility may be offered in certain situations. 

 

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product, including pictures of the noted damages.

All orders will ship within 7-10 business days, and are sent through the USPS. We only ship to United States.
